Arkema Clear Lake Control Building

Brookstone was engaged as the Design-Builder to assist with the construction of a new 13,444 SF blast-resistant structure to house a state-of-the-art control room and lab. The project also included office space for management and changing rooms for employees. The Arkema Clear Lake Control Room and Lab Building brings multiple disciplines together to encourage collaboration, provide a safer environment and showcase the Arkema brand.
